this frig replaced our old 26 cu. ft. side by side.
the larger interior is more convenient, especially the freezer drawer when comparing to a side by side. one suggestion i have to others is to make sure all the packing tape in the freezer is removed before using, otherwise the tape is very hard to remove. enjoy!

this fridge was the worst way i have ever spent my money. from the moment i bought it, it has been leaking water into the crisper drawers and down into the freezer. i have had people out to fix it at least seven times now. samsung customer support also declined to help me in any way, saying if i get it repaired, then the next time they will pro-rate a refund towards another fridge. well low and behold it broke again and guess what they want me to do.... pay their tech. support to try and fix it again. i have never been so absolutely disappointed in a company. but i will never, ever purchase their products in the future because of how unhelpful they have been. i have attached visual confirmation of what has been happening to me non-stop since purchasing this expensive piece of junk.

I purchased this about three months ago, I love it. It has plenty room inside and the pull out drawer for the freezer is the best. Also has a built in ice maker in the freezer making it so convenient. Best part is there is hardly any cleaning the outside won't Even leave your fingerprints. I would highly recommend this refrigerator and give it a five star rating.

I bought this 3 months ago because our old refrigerator stopped working.
I needed a refrigerator in a hurry, went on line and read the reviews of this refrigerator and was impresssed. We went to the store and looked at their inventory and this refrigerator was the nicest one. It has plenty of room for fruits & veggies in the drawers.
The freezer part keeps all items frozen and the ice maker is quiet.
It runs very quietly. Love the doors, they open up wide for easy access.
Love the outside, no fingerprint finish, great!
Definitely would buy this again.

I bought this refrigerator in September and am so glad I did! I like the features, like the middle drawer to hold cheese, yogurt, things that usually get lost. I didn't think I would like the milk in the big storage drawers, but I do! It is quiet running, cools quickly. I love the freezer drawers, the arrangement holds twice what our old 3 door held!

Very happy with the refrigerator, extremely unhappy with delivery. Rescheduled at least 8 times among 5 dates. The 2 guys who installed it never aligned the doors. I thought it was a defect until I read the installation manual.

Everything is almost perfect about this fridge. Some sticky stuff was left on top right corner near the Samsung logo. It was left behind when they peeled all the plastic covering off. I still find plastic in places too. Other than that, it's great!

This frig has lots of space inside, it's big it does take lots of room, don't purchase if you have a small kitchen or space large enough to put it. Only thing is the freezer top drawer doesn't pull out far enough. Maybe their all like that? I'm Glad I purchased this frig.

I had the unit for about 3 three months. It maintains the proper temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator cabinet. It is much quieter the on old refrigerator which I had for more than 20 years. The only thing I would like to see changed is the ice bucket made of a quieter material. It will make you jump out your chair, bed or whatever when ice maker dumps.
