Nothing but a problem

We purchased this product because of the design, it fit in our space. We have had the fridge for awhile now and have had nothing but problems. The bottom of the fridge and vegetable crispers fill up with water and freeze. We have had service people out at least twice. The first time they replaced the circuit board at the top. That did not resolve the problem. The second time I think they replaced the fan. The problem is still not resolved and we are now out of warranty. The service people told us that all we can do is periodically defrost our frost free refrigerator. Go figure. We will never buy another Samsung appliance. We have a Samsung tablet, phones and TV, they are great. Stick to electronics.

I love this appliance and especially love the warning dings it makes if you mistakenly leave the dual doors or the freezer door open slightly. The only thing that can be annoying is the occasional pop it makes

Delivered just today.

Had it delivered today and it's looking good. It was the only fridge the local retailer had that would fit in our RV trailer and it seems to be of the highest quality. It's 25% larger then the one it replaced but has just a 1.1 amp draw versus the 5.6 amp draw of the previous fridge. It's also powerful as it cooled the fridge down from 80F to 34F in under 2 hours and the freezer section will hit it's mark of -2F in under 3.

Bought this frig through a local business that they ordered in for me. We needed a certain size to fit the opening we had. I got it in black and it looks great. Some things I don't like are the lack of shelf spacing both inside and on the door. I also don't care for freezer on bottom as it is too hard to find what you want. Also when you open the freezer the ice drawer comes out too and you have to push it back to get to the bottom part. It should stay put unless you want it opened. Lighting is great and it keeps foods good and cold.

Real great job at keeping things cold and fresh. Needs better spacing on the shelves. The ice maker needs to cycle quicker. These are only minor things that need to be made other than that I really like the refrigerator.
