dryer DOESN'T dry

i have had this dryer less than a week. yesterday while drying clothes, the timer would set the time for cycle, then jump to 1 minute, nothing is even close to being dry. i did the checking the sensor, and there was nothing blocking it. i spent close to $700 for this appliance and want it fixed.

Features and normal dry time

Which I could adjust the temp and/or dryness on normal cycle it doesn't dry clothes enough sometimes and if I could save settings to the normal or have a favorite button that would be awesome and wifi connect cs just SmartThings app feature would be nice too for the price

Nice looking dryer with good features.

I bought this dryer in November and was delivered in December 2020. I love the dryer. great features. So far great performance. the only reason I gave 4 stars because the dryer dose not have light inside. Normally most of the dryers come with inside drum light. This is really helpful when unloading the dryer. This is Design glitch. Over all good buy.
