Only one problem--the ice dispenser often scatters ice on the floor. There's nothing on the frig to catch stray ice and it often misses a standard glass.

I first purchased an Amana refrigerator, which was so noisy, even after repaira, that the dealer agreed to trade it for the Whirlpool that I now have. This refrigerator started out a little quieter, but now frequently males loud banging noises. The ice maker filling is so loud that it sometimes wakes me from sleep from across the house. It is so loud! I am not happy with this refrigerator.

The smooth finish on this large, white, side by side gives it a modern contemporary feel! The only downside, is the water dispenser could use a bit longer dispensing tube to accommodate the openings of hydration bottles.

Our side by side was delivered about 2 weeks ago and we are very pleased with it. Even better is the fact that we were able to purchase it on President's Day and Lowe's allowed us a military discount in appreciation for my husband's past military and law enforcement service. It is the perfect size for our small kitchen but is spacious enough to hold all we need. The ice maker and dispenser are so handy.

I reluctantly bought this when my old fridge finally died. It's a decent fridge, with good freezer space (not too skinny like most side by sides) which was important to me. I like how the water dispenser will still dispense water even if the fridge door is open. My old fridge would stop the water as soon as the door was opened. The only issue I have is this thing is SO loud! You can hear everything it does from any room in the house. Had I known it was this loud I may have gone with another option but we were in a hurry to replace my old one as my food was sitting on ice. For $950 including delivery it's not that bad. Hopefully I'll see 15 years out of it like I did with my old unit.

My only complaint is the fact that the drawers do not slide easily. The bottom drawer must be lifted slightly to close properly.

Bought this two weeks ago. Only 2 problems so far. The ice cubes tend to fall from their dispenser on their own. The flap valve does not work very well. And the racks in the freezer compartment are hard to get out and clean. Got a three year extended guarantee though so they will be coming on Monday to check the flap!

I bought this refrigerator in June of 2017 to replace an old unit that lasted since in purchased our home back in 2003. It runs quietly and the only issue I've run into has been a broken door bin, which I blame my self for over stuffing it with condiment jars and bottles. The ice making process is a bit noisy with the mechanism filling and dropping the ice cubes. Other than that everything has been running well for the short time I've owned it.

I bought this item new. Must be an entry level because it is cheaply done. Two drawers have cracked so far. You can't get water or ice without Making a mess on the floor. Not enough room for even an 8oz. glass. It's my fault though, I depended on the Whirlpool brand from years ago, I didn't check the item out properly. I did expect better for $1,200.
