Our old (inherited) whirlpool fridge died after 23 years so we purchased this one after lots of shopping around and couldn't be happier. It's extremely roomy and well-designed. I had never had one with a bottom drawer freezer, so I was a little skeptical but I really like it. The top drawer makes it easy to access those things you use most frequently.

We purchased this from Home Depot and are so satisfied with our buying experience. The sales staff provided answers and the installers were fantastic. We love the features in this appliance particularly the way the storage compartments are designed. Plenty of room for varieties of food and beverages.

I bought this system on the recommendation of a Whirlpool authorized repair person. The water system got weaker and weaker where it would take 3 minutes to fill an 8 ounce cup. Repairman said it is a filter problem as Whirlpool filters are terrible. I have removed the filter and water comes out better BUT what is the sense of using that water as we might as well use the kitchen faucet water.

I have only had this refrigerator a couple of weeks but I can tell you I love it. Had one previously and we moved. New house had another brand side by side and we elected to buy another Whirlpool since we had such a great experience with previous one. Roomy refrigerator section and plenty of freezer space. It is also quieter than the other one we had. French doors make it so much easier to see what's in the frig. Would recommend.

We are overall happy with the unit, with one exception. The ice maker is in the top of the fridge, and it leaks/drips water down the inside of the door, leaving the inside ice hopper frozen to the inside of the door. I'm sure this is something that can be easily fixed, but it is an inconvenience to have to schedule a repair on a brand new refrigerator.

We bought this model 2 years ago. The ice maker and dispenser has stopped working and the lights are constantly glitching. I have contacted customer service and they are completely unwilling to help me and stand by their product. We paid $2,542 for this product and could not be more disappointed in the product and the company.

I bought this item 3 months ago and the features I like include the middle pull out drawer and the freezer on the bottom. I think the half shelf is great so I can store larger, taller items. The only thing I would recommend is there needs to be a way to stop the door from hitting the wall.

I have had this refridgerator about 4 weeks. I like the bottom pull out shelf and the no fingerprint surface a lot! The inside lighting is very efficient . I like the ease of adjusting the shelves. The large door containers are convenient. There is sufficient freezer space.
I do miss features from my last Whirlpool which were; extra ice maker in freezer, sliding drawers under doors, and the measured dispenser for water ( I miss the most)!

We purchased this about two months ago after our 3 yr old LG started to ice up and the repairs were more than a new one. The repairman said the he gets the least amount of calls on Whirlpool so I checked them out. Am super happy the interior layout is better, the bottom drawer freezer open and closes very easy. Also very happy with the water and ice in the door, had lots of problems with the old one on those functions.

I like the design (especially the handles) and smudge-proof stainless finish. I like how there's an alarm on the fridge to warn me if I didn't completely close the door. The in-door ice bin and the ice maker are great. I like the movable two shelves. My old fridge (Frigidaire) was only 3 years old and the ice maker stopped working within 2 months of purchase. I spent the better part of the time dealing with warranty repairs almost every other month, and in the end the ice maker was deemed non-repairable and I received a refund to purchase this fridge. The Whirlpool I originally owned worked great for the 15 years before I remodeled my kitchen and replaced it with the Frigidaire smudge-proof appliances (Whirlpool did not offer that option in 2015). I look forward to having this fridge for the next 15!

I bought this refrigerator fourteen days ago, and I am not happy about the middle shelving. Both middle shelving are flimsy. Both
wobble and dip and make dishes rattle. I have reported it. I believe the bracket is faulty The top shelving is solid.
The water and ice opening are too small/short. I cannot fit a two quart pan/boiler in the space. There is no support to rest anything larger than a glass or small jar.

Condensation in freezer leading to ice build up. Yoder plate separated from the unit causing air to come in. Ice builds up within a week, fan start to hit ice leading to very loud. Not a replaceable part. Good fridge up to this point however it should not fail after only a couple years. Service gave me 15% off towards a new fridge, which I don't think I can consider. This fridge only has 1 year warranty. Highly recommend people get extended warranty.

Delivered a week ago. Set up was easy. Everything works well. A minor glitch with water dispenser--it stopped working for several hours and just made in internal "humming/buzzing" sound when pressing the lever for water; ice maker continued to function and when it refilled after the next ice making cycle, the water began working again. Something on the control board evidently needed to reset. Everything continues to work fine. SUGGESTION to Whirlpool: Include another small door bin for the right door; there is wasted space that could easily be used. Six bins total; 3 large and 3 small.

We had a foreign made refrigerator before we got the Whirlpool French 3 door brand a month ago. We love the features; easy and intuitive. The inside lighting is bright and the shelf space on both freezer and refrigerator are great. We also love the stainless steel finger resistance feature.

We bought this refrigerator 2 months ago and it's been fabulous. We've never had a fridge with the ice/water feature on the door so that's a luxury. It works great, making cubed or crushed ice and the water is always the perfect temperature. We love the french doors and the freezer on the bottom has so much space and we love the middle compartment for pizza. Would absolutely recommend.

A good fridge, very spacious. But, I am not a fan of the ice in door design. It is slow to make ice. It may be to the opening to the ice compartment in the fridge door, maybe not. I also am not a fan of the one paddle water/ice dispenser. I will get used to this fridge, but find myself wishing I went with there other choice.

I love my new refrigerator and it's the best purchase I've ever made. I love the clear shelves as you can see everything and nothing gets hidden in the back to go bad. It has so much storage. Over our 52 years of marriage we have found Whirlpool to be our preferred brand. We received our refrigerator about a month ago, and really like its features and easy access- even in the freezer. The beautiful exterior finish and the water and ice dispenser are very easy to keep clean. The only con we have encountered is the temperature settings; we have to keep both the refrigerator and freezer sections about 3 to 5 degrees lower than optimum recommended settings to maintain those temperatures.

We bought this fridge about 6 months ago. So far we are overall happy with it. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the ice maker in the door. I constantly leaks and water builds up around the base of the "removable" ice tray... if I want to remove it i have to break up the ice and its a mess to clean up. It also leaks water out the dispense when an ice cube gets stuck and then I have to clean up water off the floor. I had a repair person come and look at it and was told that was normal. Otherwise I like the drawer set up and the shelf that slide in for extra tall things like juice and bottles. It also makes a strange dial tone sound, when we have people over everyone looks down at there phone when they hear it.

We bought the refrigerator in July and so far no issues. The shelves are well laid out and make it easy to see to the back of the refrigerator. The space in the freezer is more than sufficient. Two minor complaints. The ice maker is slow to make ice and it is a bit noisy. Luckily it is not located near the bedroom.

This fridge is roomy and is gorgeous. Loving the fingerprint resistance. Single complaint is the placement for the water dispenser, if you use a small glass it will spill and you have to push button manually while holding the cup. Other than that, it works great!
