I bought this oven 11 months ago. I am happy with how it works and liked the look of it until the paint started peeling off of the door. I wipe it down on a daily basis and make sure to not use any abrasive cleaning supplies. Just last week, however, the paint began to peel off after wiping it with a soft cloth. I am disappointed because I have owned this appliance for less than a year, and it is already beginning to look old and worn down. I contacted Whirlpool Customer eXperience Center and complained about this issue. I was told that cosmetic issues are not covered by the warranty and that I needed to buy the Affresh Stainless Steel Brightener, which is only a cleaning supply and will not help with the paint chipping. The door of the oven seems like it is not made of stainless steel, it is only painted to appear as so (to my disappointment).
Otherwise, I am happy with how the appliance functions. I try to be careful with the stovetop and although it has a few minor scratches, it does not bother me as much as the paint peeling off of the door does.

This came with the new home I built. I really love the dual burners & the warming unit on the stove top. The sound of the timer, cooking time & preheat indicator are so low you cannot hear them unless you are standing at the stove - hence, they are of no value.

I have had this for about a month. It works well.
I haven't used it much for baking. And haven't used the convection or the 'Frozen Bake' - but I expect it will work great.
One complaint - it's hard to clean the stove top! Black shows all the specs but cleaning the cooked on splatters is terrible. I've been using a stove top cleaner - need to see if there is something different recommended because cleaning shouldn't be this hard!

Stove-oven works great but should come with a warning the the convection oven will smoke terribly bad for the first 30 minutes to an hour - smelled like burnt plastic!!!

I love the glass cooktop. It's easy to clean and no worries about food falling onto or under the burner. The oven takes a little longer to heat than our previous one, So I had to adjust to extra time for meal prep but it works great and cooks evenly.

The range seems to work fine as my wife gets use to it. Not real pleased with the smooth top as it seems to mark up very easily. These marks do not come off, even with recommended cleaners. The biggest hassle we had was we had four ranges delivered before this last one that all had damage.

I've had this range for about a month. Burners heat well. Oven takes a long time to preheat. I wish the display would show which burner was hot after being turned off instead of just indicating cook top is hot. Also, the directions for delay start are INCORECT. They say to enter a start time. However, the oven does not turn on at that time. Instead, it acts like a countdown clock. For example, if you set it to start at 4:30 pm, it will count down 4 hours and 30 minutes and then turn on.

Takes getting used to glass cooktop, but heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Love the oven. My real criteria for baking was for my pies. Browns the crust on the bottom perfectly and the edges were golden brown. Win!

We have had our range for a little over a week now and couldn't be more pleased. It is so easy to use and very efficient. We have tried out all the oven and stovetop features. This one replaced a different brand that lasted only 15 MONTHS. Going back to the Whirlpool brand was definitely the best move for us.
