We bought this range 2 weeks ago, and it's been great! After a series of problems with my previous "high end" 3-year-old Samsung range, ultimately the control board went out. I vowed to find a better quality brand with fewer electronics. This range fits the bill perfectly. I would have given 5 stars except that after 2 weeks we are still "burning off the smell" that the installation tech said would only take an hour. Other than that, this is a fantastic range for the price, and cooks beautifully.

I brought a Whirlpool stove within a few days I baked rolls in oven notice making noises that it shouldn't make now have noises every time I bake in the oven and now have oven door window has cracked. This is all happened in the first 30 days. Called Home Depot the store manger very, very, rude and refused to take the stove back. Then called Whirlpool and you refused to do anything. So I called Diamond they came out and heard the noise and saw the door. They are replacing everything you made wrong. I have always brought Whirlpool but due the way Home Depot treated us and you I will never buy a Whirlpool appliance again. Very disappointed in your service.

The range is sleek and look great in the kitchen. It has all of the standard features you would look for on something in this price range, plus some cool extras like dual burners and a warming zone.
The burners heat up ultra fast, which is a huge plus! Pre-heating the oven is a little slower than expected. The storage drawer has a nice amount of space but it doesn't have a smooth track of any kind. It tends to drop down to the floor as soon as you begin to open it (the noise can be starteling if you aren't prepared).
Overall, we're happy with our purchase and would recommend this range.

I am quite happy about this purchase. The stove looks pretty, works well and even "tells" you what temp you're at while preheating. The oven is nice and large and so far what I've baked in it has come out beautifully. I love the bottom drawer too as the last one I had didn't have one. I gave it a four because I'm having a little trouble keeping the top nice, I read somewhere in the instructions to only use soap and water and "the scrapping tool" but I don't have a tool like that and wonder what it was referring to.

I bought this range from my local Home Depot. I had to wait 6 weeks for product availability. Longer than I hoped for. Range arrived nicely sealed and looked great in my kitchen. It heats up well. My only problem is the glass stove top that needs to always be polished. Any spills or burn and it affects its luster.

...wife is happy she is able to bake again with the oven temps being accurate. Our old oven definitely needed to be retired! Everything works and it looks great. What more could you want from a oven, and it was also reasonably priced, thanks to Lowes and their discount for military veterans. Their delivery guys did a nice job of swapping out old for the new.
