It looks good and it cools well. Problem ... it makes a running noise that can be as annoying as a water faucet dripping. Our kitchen is open to the rec room and when reading or moments of TV silence, there is a lot of tinkling noise coming from the refrigerator. I don't think it's broken, just the unit doing it's job. Maybe we will get used to it. Other than that, it works well.

I just purchased a Frigidaire French door refrigerator. The model number is LFHG2251TF8. I love it but I have never had a refrigerator that runs 100% of the time. It does stop when it is in defrost. Could you tell me please how often or how many times A-day this refrigerator will go into defrost cycle?

This is my second time purchasing this refrigerator. The first one had to be returned upon delivery due it improperly working. However, less than a month later and here we are again. The refrigerator and the freezer are not cooling down. Maintenance was sent to repair however, the repair could not be done and now Frigidaire is refusing to replace the fridge or at minimum, give a credit. My 90 year old mother™™s insulin must be refrigerated and we are left without any options. We have been Frigidaire customers for over 15 years and it is shameful how this is being handled.

This was not my first choice of design, but was out-voted by family. Freezer space is limited, especially if you leave the large ice tray in - it takes up about 1/4 of space! The rest of freezer space is far less than my previous side by side (which was about the same size). Refrigerator doors need to both be opened if you want to access the bottom drawer. I do like the ability to adjust temps separately for freezer and refrigerator on the door panel. I would not buy a design like this again.

This is the second Frigidaire that we have owned. We enjoy the size of the fridge, we're able to store a lot more goods in it. Love the lighting when you open the doors. Everything is visible without having to bend over. The freezer inner drawer makes it easy and accessible to store frozen foods.

Overall love this fridge. Only quirk is that there is a full drawer in the bottom of the fridge and you can't get it open at all unless you open both doors. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying.

It is really nice but I do not have the ice cube maker functioning because I do not have a water hook up. I have the arm all the way up in the freezer. The refrigerator does make funny noises so I am wondering if that is normal.

I™™ve had my refrigerator just one month, purchased 12/4/2021. Now our ice maker has been out for over a week. We™™ve gone through all the troubleshooting, now I™™ve tried to get in touch with customer service and just get a message that they are busy, try again. This is unacceptable. I™™ve tried to utilize the online chat, the button doesn™™t even work. I haven™™t found an email at this point for customer service, so I feel like I™™m just at the mercy of customer service line opening up. Ice maker was a non-negotiable item and yet here we are, it™™s only worked for 3 weeks. Otherwise we are happy with this refrigerator, but without ice we could have gone a different route.

We were so happy to get this refrigerator in our kitchen. It is the perfect size to maximize space in the kitchen. The ice maker truly makes my life easier, I was tired of ice trays. There is plenty of space for the needs of this retired couple. I love the freezer on the bottom, perfect for a vertically challenged person like me. Everything about this refrigerator makes me happy.

Our refrigerator looks great and preforms great too. There's a ton of space inside without the water and ice maker on the door. The ice maker makes ice quickly but, if you don't keep an eye on it, it can overflow out the back when you open the freezer door. Really not a big deal though.

The refrigerator is cooling properly. I have had it now for approx 3 weeks and since day one it has been really noisy. Had service out and they say its normal. I have been in retail appliance sales for 42 years and this is not normal. I will see if I have any other solutions as I do not want to keep it.

We had a water leak leading to redoing our kitchen including replacing our appliances. Most of the replaced appliances were Frigidaire and had not failed us in anyway over the past 25 plus years. So we stayed with the brand. Our new stainless, fingerprint proof appliances are sleek and all match which was important to me. This fridge was the only one in our budget that had 4 shelves on each door instead of 3. The only reason I give this 4 stars is when the ice container gets full and I open the freezer drawer, some of the cubes get pushed to the back of the freezer and slips down and out on to the floor! If I kept track of when the ice container is full enough and shut the ice maker off, not a problem; but I shouldn't have to monitor it myself. Maybe the arm should reach shut off at a lower ice level? Just an idea. Plenty of room and being counter depth, it looks built in!

Many great ideas put this refrigerator on the top. Lots of door selves ( 4 on each side) is a big plus. Veggie bin and fruit bin can be adjusted to be on the same side ( so I have room for a three layer cake. Another plus is the counter size allows it to fit in my kitchen and I don™™t have to give up the cubic size. And it had the best over all price. To many great Features to mention. Overall five stars

Our old fridge died 2wks before Christmas after 18 yrs of faithful fridging. We didn't have much time to shop around and quick delivery was a priority. Found this beauty at Lowe's and they were able to deliver it the next day! It takes up less space than our old side by side and we gained quite a bit of fridge space. Gave up a little freezer space and are still adjusting to the drawer, but it's only been 3 wks. So far, we're really pleased with our purchase!

I purchased the counter depth French door refrigerator for our winter home. Although it doesn™™t have water it does have an ice maker. It compliments the induction range purchased perfectly. My only comment is that unless you have it built in the side is a grey texture that doesn™™t match.

I like this refrigerator so far. I was worried that the freezer would not be big enough to fit all the things I used to put in my top freezer refrigerator but so far it has. The only thing I don't like is the long drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator because you have to open both doors of the fridge to open it.

For 15 years I had a fridge that I called a ™condiment fridge™. It was really just an old standard size. It was dying, so I upgraded to this one. I LOVE IT!!!! The extra space is wonderful, everything is accessible, and it™™s on eye level! Works great!

We purchased this fridge for our new home. It was exactly what we were looking for. It says it™™s smear proof but we do get smudges that are a pain to clean off. But other than that the fridge/freezer is great. It didn™™t come with a bottom piece so the legs are exposed, I™™m not sure if that™™s how they come.
