The crisper drawers only pull out half way. It is designed this way, not sure why. There are two ice compartments and we were told we could turn the one in the freezer off as an option but I can't see where I can do that. Would prefer to have the extra freezer space for food rather than ice.

Just love my new refrigerator! The interior has plenty of space inside and on the door for my condiments. The freezer on the bottom seems to be fine for storage. (I also do have and freezer in the garage for more of my items, otherwise not sure if it would hold a lot)

One of the door shelves has cracked when delivered. Water dispenser is leaking due to a cracked/damaged tubing between ref and door connection. Installed tube coupling (connector) to fix the leak.

Fridge is great at keeping vegetables fresh and crisp. Only drawback at this point is condensation forms on top of freezer drawer. Door gaskets on freezer and refrigerator doors appear to be good but one of them must be leaking air.

We did a ton of research and price comparisons before purchasing this refrigerator and we couldn't be happier! As a counter-depth model (which is all our space can accommodate), it's very spacious and easy to organize and find things quickly. The dual ice markers are a life saver for a busy family. This is our first French door model and we really enjoy having quick access to fresh foods out of the frig, and the bottom freezer offers more room than we thought and holds quite a bit. We do have a basement freezer for overflow. Great product that we highly recommend!

It is hard enough to find a good counter-depth model to begin with, let alone one that has all these features we were looking for (French doors, bottom freezer, ice/ water dispenser). We bought this to replace the side by side we had before, and we couldn't be happier. The crispers keep produce fresh much longer, and it is an extremely high quality refrigerator and freezer. Very easy to see all our food and not buried way in the back where we can't see it, as was the case with the side by side. This model will pay for itself with the food that won't spoil and go to waste.

I have had this frig for about 10 days and everyday buy 2 it has popped a circuit breaker. My last frig was a Frigidaire and never had a circuit breaker problem for 8 years! I have an electrician coming to check the breaker! Will probably return the Frig!

The freezer door needed adjustment, the refrigerator doors need adjustment, now more adjusting is necessary! Icicles in the freezer, moisture all inside the fridge? The fingerprints on the handles are really terrible, Frigidaire should have installed sniggering handles! I guess it keep™™s my food cloud as long as I keeps my settings low to adjust for the leaky seals™¦

We've had this refrigerator for almost a month now, and so far it's been excellent. It makes great use of the space, especially since it's counter depth. The ice machine is the most trouble free ice machine I've ever used. It never gets clogged, and it refills quickly, and the bonus ice maker in the freezer is awesome for parties.My only little complaint is that there's a spot near the back of the fridge where the vent is, and if you put something too near it, it freezes. It's not a big deal though, since I've just been keeping an inch or two of space near the vent and it's been totally fine.I would definitely buy this again if I had to make the choice now.

I loved this refrigerator for the first few days. I then noticed a build-up of frost in the freezer. I found that the freezer wasn't sealing along the top. I could feel the cold air escaping through the gap. I called Frigidaire and was scheduled for repair five days later. The representative also told me that this problem may not be covered by the warranty. That I may have mishandled the refrigerator. It was installed two weeks ago by the store where I purchased it.

Overall a really good refrigerator. Like the ice maker in both the door and the freezer. Storage in the doors is deep and easy to reconfigure. Like the pizza holder in the freezer. Doors seem a little light and sometimes need a little push to close.

Very nice fridge. I I like the top shelves that slide down. If you have something taller to go on the shelf I wish the door storage on the icemaker side was a little bit deeper. You can™™t put much in there. The dual icemaker is very nice especially going somewhere I can easily take ice with.

Bought first from local Dealer and second one replaced by manufacture.. The first Frigidaire refrigerator we purchase on October 2021 and the ice maker did not work and it was about five weeks to get it repaired. Later we found that the bottom drawer freezer would not seal properly. Contacted repairman again and it could not be fix. Frigidaire said they would replace it. We got the new refrigerator on October 2022. When the new refrigerator arrived there was a small dent on right side at the bottom about three inches up, I expected anyway. About three week later the key pad would not work properly. Again back to the repairman and he installed key pad and found that the water line was cut at the door hinge causing water to run down inside of the door causing key pad to go bad. He replaced entire line from the back to the cup dispenser in the front. At the present no problems, but I have three more years of warranty. Look like you have no quality control over your products.

Six year old refrigerator (Frigidaire) croaked just before Christmas. I ordered a new refrigerator on December 24, 2022. It was delivered on December 27. Within two days most everything in the fresh food area was frozen. Technician came to inspect, trouble shoot, the problem. The BRAND NEW refrigerator requires replacement of the main control and damper. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Frigidaire / Electrolux refuses to send a replacement refrigerator. POOR customer service. Never again will I purchase anything from this company!

This is an update to my previous review. The refrigerator was freezing all of the food and the problem was a broken dampener and required repair. The technician was able to do it in about an hour once the part came in. So far the repair seems to have worked. We like the dual ice makers and how quiet the refrigerator is.
