Freezer seal

This is so strange. I purchased 2 of these. One seems fine. The other has a terrible leaky seal on the freezer. It is so bad that icicles form on the roof of the freezer section and the leak attracts insects.What do you suggest as a remedy?

Worst. Fridge. Ever.

We bought this fridge about a year ago and it™€™s basically trash. When something falls from a shelf it literally cracks the bottom. I am a pretty neat and orderly person and my fridge is as neat as it can be... however, things manage to fall off a shelf from time to time. The design of the fridge is terrible. The handles are not sturdy at all. My father tried to open the door of it and the handle literally snapped off. He™€™s not Hercules. The bars that hold in condiments are super thin and have also snapped into two. We had to tape them back together. The design of the door is terrible because the slots are huge and condiments fall out all the time.

My refrigerator came with the mobile home. Have not had it a year and one day notice that my food was not cold. Lost all my food and could not store food during that time. It took two weeks and two trips to get a repair out to get it to work. It still makes a loud noise.

This refrigerator came with the new mobile home that I bought. I thought that it came with an ice maker, but it didn't. Less than a month after purchase, I bought ice cream and noticed that it was melting. I adjusted the controls, but that didn't help. Frozen meats and vegetables thawed out, and I had to cook all of it. Also had to throw out food that ruined. Mobile home place picked it up to be repaired and replaced it (temporarily) with a brand new one from Lowe's (which sometimes makes a loud, weird noise). It is a nicer one, though, with glass shelves. The original one had metal shelves.I haven't heard from them, so I think they might let me keep this one. Wish I knew how to stop the noise.

My beautiful refrigerator came with my new mobile home which was purchased after the flood August 13, 2016 in South Louisiana. Losing many of my home items made it necessary to buy new ones. I am so thrilled to have a new black refrigerator to use in my new home. I was pleased to note the mobile home company elected to use your appliances throughout the kitchen. The outside of the refrigerator is very pretty and looks like leather from across the room which also cuts down on fingerprints and, its super easy to clean.! It matches my stove and sink which are also black. I didn't think I would like black appliances but have come to really admire and appreciate them. My refrigerator holds way more than my previous one and works incredibly well, especially the freezer compartment which is way more spacious than I imagined! I have always respected the name Frigidaire and now owning one for the 1st time is a huge blessing, especially since losing many of my things in the flood. Thank you for making my life easier and safer with this beautiful refrigerator.

The last three refrigerators I™€™ve got from Frigidaire have all had door seals that have fallen apart. I know the reason why. They were all in rental property and the tenant leave sticky stuff get around the door on the seals. That being said I never had this problem before.

The refrigerator came with the house and it's ok but I probably would have picked a larger one which has more features.The fridge did not have a deli drawer and when I tried to order one Frigidaire service told me that this model does not have one available.As far as operation, the compressor sound is noticeable and when the automatic ice maker fills, it's very loud.I will be shopping for another refrigerator as soon as my budget permits.

We love this refrigerator, but if you keep it in a garage where it is cold in the winter make sure you get the garage kit. We bought our refrigerator from Menards, and they never mentioned anything about the garage kit. When it became cold outside the freezer portion stopped working. We had the repair man put a kit in it and now it works fine.

Basically I love the refrigerator. It stays nice and cold, and the top freezer is wonderful for me.My one complaint is it rattles around in top area a few times a day. I called customer service and was told it was built to have an ice cube maker (which I don™€™t have) so the inners are acting like they would if I had one. Basically I have to put up with it because of no ice maker. Not good answer or service.

I really like my fridge. I see I'm not the only one with a problem with a broken door handle. I would like to have it replaced but Lowe's is no help and the local dealer has the same working hours as me so I can't get there. Was also delivered with a slight dent in the freezer door that I didn't notice for a couple of days, not Frigidaire's fault but will not purchase anything from Lowe's again.

Purchased this a couple months ago and it's very sharp. It looks really nice in the kitchen. The overall size of the fridge was smaller than I thought (I thought I purchased the wrong item!), however it actually holds a good amount. It does not cost much to run this unit. Ice cube maker is available. Freezer is a little small. I would definitely recommend this unit as you will not find a better one for the price with the "Frigidaire" name.

We live off-grid and this fridge is energy efficient enough that our solar can run it no problem. It also runs real cold so we don't need the setting to be very high. Great product for the price. Only complaint is it is a little noisy. Could be because we live in 500 sq ft!
