I was roasting some veggies at 425 for 15 min and all of a sudden I hear an loud noise, and the inside glass window completely shattered with the food in the oven. I have been cooking for 30 years and have never experienced anything like this! I just purchased the house I live in a few months ago, and the range is only 4 years old, I would of thought it would last longer.

I moved into a new house with this oven. We have used it for almost 3 months now. We have done a burn in at 500 degrees for 30 min, and nothing we seem to do will get rid of the bad smell that comes when using the oven. It's like an odd plastic smell. I attempted to call customer service and a went through a series of prompts only to be hung up on. It didn't even give me a chance to wait on hold. I sent an e-mail to customer service about 3 weeks ago and I still haven't had a response. I am very unhappy. I don't want to have to buy a new oven just so my family doesn't have to breath in toxic fumes. As a result, I do not recommend this oven or Frigidaire for that matter. I would be willing to change my review if they would make this right, but I haven't been able to contact anyone. The warranty doesn't do any good if you can't talk to anyone.

I have the older model PCFG3077RF, and it now after five years WILL NOT SHUT OFF! (only if by shutting off the circuit breaker to the kitchen) Apparently the parts aren't available to fix the old model and the cost is exorbitant. I need to match the kitchen suite but feel like a sucker buying another Frigidaire.

I love the cook top and oven, it cooks evenly and the grates come off easily for cleaning. The drawer on the bottom is a bit flimsy is the only thing that I wish was stronger.

Overall this is an adequate entry level range. Although the black top looks nice when clean, it's hard to keep clean and shows everything. Wish it had a stainless steel top.Note: We have a Frigidaire Microwave exhaust hood over the range and we use the microwave a lot. The control knobs for the range are on the front, and we constantly hit / turn the knobs when reaching into the microwave. Thankfully, the range controls have a lock. It's not convenient to have to use the lock but it does eliminate the possibility of inadvertently turning the knobs.

Finally a good looking appliance, that is simple to use! So many new appliances have just way too many features, when in fact you just never end up using them! Such a high end look, simple feature and does exactly what I need it to do! My only complaint is the door does seem to slam when closing g it. Not sure if there should be a hinge adjustment.

I do not love this stove. It was in our new house we purchased Jan 2021. I have never used harsh cleaners on it, and in fact use stainless steel specific cleaner. The stainless has rust spots all over it. I have always had stainless appliances, and have never seen anything like this. It's awful.

We love our new Frigidaire gas range. We do a lot of cooking and this range is easy to use and cooks great. Oven heats up quickly and holds even temp. The burners on top are different sizes and perfect for steaming vegetables or sautÃing fish. We also like the sleek design.

The stove works fine but both the cooktop and oven are very hot; there does not seem to be enough insulation. The top stays quite hot even after the burners are turned off. The oven takes a long time to cool down. Another problem for us is that the stove does not fit flush against the wall as our old one did, so we need to buy something to fill the space and it takes up another inch or two in the kitchen.

5 stars for the cooking function and range, 1 star for steam cleaning and customer service. The steam cleaning function is laughably ineffective or just broken. This was the main reason we chose this particular appliance so this is disappointing. Though the oven feels hot when you open it after the steam cycle the walls are not wet, almost the whole cup of water is still on the oven floor (requires multiple dish towels to soak back up) and there is only about a 30 percent chance you'll be able to get that days residue off the floor. Most disappointing is my experience with customer service. When I called Frigidaire I received an automated recording that due to volume they could not take my call and it was disconnected. After this happened twice I sent an email. It's now been a week and I have yet to get a response. As I've attempted to reach out multiple times I would appreciate it of someone contacted me vs the automated response to contact customer service, because I've tried.

The temperature varies 25-40 degrees during the baking cycle. Had to purchase a thermometer to monitor and adjust the temperature while baking. The service person came to adjust it and said it met the industry standard which was the response from the customer service department as well. This is totally unacceptable. I will not recommend this product to any family or friends.

Our 36 year old stove died and we went in search of a new one. There are so many features that I love...the full grate stove top, the simmer burner, the fast heat burner, ease of turning on the knobs, large window for the oven, extra storage drawer under the oven. The way the light comes on when you open the oven door. The ease of using the oven and broiler controls, the timer function. And while I haven™™t used it yet, the steam clean feature so that I do not have to use possible toxic chemicals. The in-oven broiler feature. And the exterior is easy to keep clean. I would highly recommend this stove to anyone.

I got burned by my old oven range. Not literally! But I paid so much for features I could do without: Five burners (when four is enough); Self-cleaning (which melted the plastic inside of the knobs); and a Warming Drawer I used maybe once a year. My new Frigidaire range has none of the above. Plus it's easier to use. I'm thrilled with it and highly recommend it.

We bought this range 2 weeks ago and we love it. The arrangement of the burners is perfect for our use. We do lots of canning, preserving, stock and soup making and having two big burners in front makes such tasks much easier. Having the controls on the front where you do not have to reach over tall, hot, steaming pans is so much safer. Great purchase!!

My oven was delivered today, it was missing my broiler pans. The oven is not working properly, does not heat to the temperature selected. I set the oven to 450 degrees and the oven thermometer only hits 400 degrees, 375 degrees only gets to a little less than 350 degrees. So, disappointed after paying $1200.
