I JUST HAD THIS RANGE DELIVERED TODAY. THE INSTRUCTION SUGGEST YOU TURN THE OVEN ON FOR 30 MINUTES. IT MAKES A VERY LOUD ANNOYING HUMMING NOISE THE ENTIRE TIME IT'S ON BAKE. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID "THAT IS NORMAL". THEY SUGGESTED I WAIT 24 HOURS AND TRY IT AGAIN. IF IT STILL DOES THAT THEY WOULD SEND A REPAIR MAN OUT. I ASKED HER WHY IF THIS IS "NORMAL"? I ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERIE REP ABOUT RETURNING IT. SHE ELUDED TO FACT THAT I COULDN'T; HOWEVER, THE PAPERWORK SAYS IT CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN "48" HOURS. REALLY???? I HAVE 48 HOURS TO FIND ANOTHER RANGE, AND GO THROUGH THE WHOLE DELIVERY PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN? YOU KNOW BEING TIED UP FOR 4 HOURS. SO BASICALLY I'M STUCK WITH AN ANNOYING HUMMING OVEN.

I've only had this stove a couple of weeks. The stove top cooking is great and I love that the oven is so big it fits two trays side by side. However, I gave it only four stars due to the humming sound throughout the baking time and then cooling down time. Itdrives me crazy. Too noisy!

This is the best choice for a gas range!! The oven is so large, I can bake multiple items at once. I love the simmer burner. And I finally have a burner large enough for my Dutch oven. The cast iron grates are top of the line. I could not be happier with my new Frigidaire!

I purchased a range in mid June, I finally got to use it July 20th. When I purchased the range, I was given the wrong conversion kit. After two failed attempts with repaired companies, calls to Lowes and Frigidaire, they finally said I had the incorrect kit. I had to purchase it from Frigidaire and wait for. Than had to get someone to install it. The company that Frigidaire recommended was was good . They kept insisting that I had to have the gas company check the lines. I tried telling them that the lines are all new and her husband was here once, to the tune of $103.00.

Cooling Fan runs whenever oven is on and for 20 minutes after oven is turned off. This is NOT a convection fan. This is not a normal feature, only a Frigidaire problem.

Pros: -Oven heats up VERY QUICKLY. I would say we can reach 350-400deg F in less than 5mins of preheat time. -Quick Boil - this burner definitely speeds up the time it takes to get a pot of water boiling-Appearance and design is clean and simpleCONS:-Cooling fan when running the oven is pretty loud and has a high-pitched tone to it. It can run for up to 20mins after shutting the oven down and can get quite annoying. -Timer - setting the timer is a pain as there are only up/down arrows. Would have been nice to have a NumPad to go right to the correct time.

Our previous stove was around 10 years old and worked fine, or so we thought. Once we started using our new Frigidaire stove we realized how much better it was and how much faster our food was cooking. We are so happy with our upgrade. We also love how much better it looks than in this style. Our previous one had the high back with all the digital controls back there. This one allows us to see more of the backsplash and makes the space seem more open. Overall we are very pleased with our new addition. Side note™¦We haven™™t really used the oven yet except to let it run on day 1 as the owners manual suggested. It does have a fan that seems to be a little louder than I cared for but I still need to cook a meal to see if that fan noise continues during the cook time.

This gas stove heats up quick. Is easy to use and to clean. The large burner is great for big stock pots. I love it! The only con I have found so far is how loud the fan is. But I am very happy with my purchase.

I contacted them on the following Monday to repair or exchange it. Now it is a Month later and no repair or exchange, I am STUCK with a defective stove and possibly 4 month till it gets fixed. I love the range, but the cooling fan is too loud. Our previous oven made in the med 1990's and it was a Kenmore, the last few years the igniter has been acting up, so we chose Frigidaire because of the great reviews, this one didn't have any reviews when we purchased a week ago. Our old oven didn't have a cooling fan, and this one is loud when baking. I read somewhere if you open the oven door after turning off the stove that the cooling fan will shut off sooner, which it does. Just wish the fan was quieter, I may call customer service.

Haven't had an appliance upgrade in years. So happy I chose this Frigidaire slide-in stove and gas range. The delivery guys were polite and worked efficiently setting in the new and moving out the old. I love the new top , how easy it is to clean, and five burners are the only way to go. Overall I have been quite pleased with this choice.
