(1) Items are unloaded at our reconditioning facility.

(2) The items are sorted out according to quality...

(3) Only about 15 to 20 percent will ever make it to our showroom floor.

(4) Our vast inventory insures only the best quality of appliances make it to our showroom.

(5) The items are then thoroughly tested by our expert technicians.

(6) We replace parts as needed and test every item to insure it works properly.

(7) Final quality assurance testing is done to ensure each item is ready for our showroom and your home.

(8) The reconditioned items are then shipped to our retail stores.
